Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty facilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and facility protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certification (required) with additional specialty certifications preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
