Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately.

Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (Travel/Per Diem preferred).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
