Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse settings including ER, ICU, Med-Surg, and specialty units
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per facility protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document clinical observations and patient progress with precision and timeliness
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control standards at all times
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
