Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and response to treatments, alerting physicians to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med-Surg/Telemetry preferred).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to float to different units as needed.
