Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and conduct thorough clinical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in compliance with protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient vitals and medical history.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Respond promptly to critical situations and emergency codes.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license to practice in Washington State.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience preferred (New grads welcome).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
