We are looking for a compassionate and skilled RN to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Document patient care services using electronic health records (EHR).
- Respond to medical emergencies and critical situations with composure and expertise.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR).
