Job Overview
As a Registered Nurse in Tucson, you will provide high-quality patient care across various units, including ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, and Emergency Department. You will play a crucial role in patient recovery and safety while enjoying a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans in response to changes in condition.

- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license to practice in Arizona.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS/ENPC preferred depending on unit).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
