Responsibilities
- Assess patient health conditions, record vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide patient education and discharge instructions to patients and their families.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments and report changes immediately.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of California (RN License).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
