Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based patient care in compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and document clinical observations accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment procedures, and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization projects

Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
- Current Texas RN license or eligibility to obtain within 90 days
- BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred for certain units
