Responsibilities

- Documentation: Accurately record patient medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans in electronic health records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Infection Control: Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and safety standards to protect patients and staff.
- Emergency Response: Respond calmly to medical emergencies and assist in triage situations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; current enrollment in an accredited nursing program or recent nursing graduate preferred.
- Licensure: Must possess (or be in the process of obtaining) a current Registered Nurse license in Colorado.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Empathy: Strong ability to empathize with patients and families during stressful situations.
- Adaptability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating computer systems and medical software.
