Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Assess patient conditions and implement critical interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient records accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge plans
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kentucky (or compact state)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years emergency department experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
