Responsibilities
- Deliver critical patient assessments and interventions in high-pressure emergency settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO standards and hospital protocols
- Utilize Epic EHR systems for efficient patient tracking and communication
Qualifications
- Active PA RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Exceptional communication and patient advocacy abilities
- Experience with trauma protocols and rapid assessment techniques
