Responsibilities
- Assess and stabilize patients with acute conditions using evidence-based protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document clinical observations accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care instructions
- Maintain infection control standards and safety protocols
- Participate in trauma resuscitations and critical care scenarios
Qualifications
- Current Georgia RN license (or compact license)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years ER experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience with EHR systems (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in high-stress environments
