Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients in high-acuity emergency settings
- Administer medications and perform critical interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Respond effectively to trauma codes and resuscitation events
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (required)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN with experience considered)
- 2+ years ER nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
