Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on post-care instructions
- Maintain sterile techniques during procedures and wound care
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN with experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 2+ years ER or critical care experience preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-stress situations
