Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in fast-paced emergency settings
- Assess patients using Triage Acuity Index protocols
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document electronic health records with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on discharge plans
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 2+ years ED experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in high-stress environments
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- TNCC or ENPC certification a plus
