Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in fast-paced emergency setting using evidence-based practices
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years Emergency Department experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications (required)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments
- Commitment to delivering culturally competent care
