Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in fast-paced emergency settings utilizing evidence-based practice
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient conditions accurately and prioritize interventions based on acuity
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions with precision and safety
- Maintain accurate electronic health records while adhering to HIPAA compliance standards
- Provide compassionate family education during critical situations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years emergency department experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications (or obtain within 90 days)
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-stress environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
