Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in fast-paced emergency settings
- Assess, diagnose, and implement evidence-based treatment plansAdminister medications and monitor vital signs accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain precise electronic health record documentation
- Participate in trauma resuscitation and code blue protocols
- Educate patients/families on discharge instructions and preventive care
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (unrestricted)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years ER or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
