Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and implement evidence-based interventions for acute/critical patients using systematic triage protocols
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support measures while monitoring vital signs and ECG rhythms
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams including trauma surgeons, specialists, and social services
  • Document electronic health records with precision and maintain regulatory compliance (HIPAA/JCAHO)

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Texas (or compact state eligibility)
