Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and implement patient care plans in emergency settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and interpret diagnostic results
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for trauma and critical care cases
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years emergency department experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Experience with Epic EMR system
