Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessment and care in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document clinical information accurately in Epic EMR system
- Mentor new nurses and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to critical situations including trauma codes and cardiac arrests
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota (or compact license)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years ED experience considered
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Minimum 1 year Emergency Department experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in rapid assessment and intervention
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in high-stress environments
