Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately with proper documentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control procedures
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends/holidays
