Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes to physicians immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to strict medical protocols.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in electronic health records (EHR).
- Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
- Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and health maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School (Associate's or Bachelor's degree).
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
