Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments to monitor health status and document vital signs accurately.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols and physician orders.
- Communication: Effectively communicate patient updates and concerns to physicians, nurses, and family members.

Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; graduation within the last 12 months is ideal.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
