Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care activities and medical history accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond to medical emergencies and assist with patient stabilization.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care instructions and disease management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred for new hires.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards.
