Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of charge nurses and physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress continuously.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with safety protocols.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Assist patients with daily activities, personal hygiene, and mobility as needed.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
