Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-centered care to assigned patients in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document patient information accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers with procedures and examinations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide education and emotional support.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
