Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms accurately.
- Assist physicians and senior nursing staff with examinations and treatments.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Document patient care activities, changes in condition, and responses to treatment in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Active RN, LPN, or CNA license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in NC).
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Diploma accepted.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient safety and comfort.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with medical software.
