Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and discharge instructions.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate clinical judgment.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment for patient care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois (or willingness to relocate to Washington).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and EMR experience preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
