Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure safety and comfort.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in strict accordance with nursing standards and protocols.
- Document patient care activities, including symptoms, responses to treatment, and medical history updates.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide clear education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses and treatment options.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School (ADN or BSN).
- CPR/BLS Certification required; ACLS preferred for high-acuity units.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
