Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care and support under the supervision of senior nursing staff.
- Monitor patient health status, administer medications, and document vital signs accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Assist in the development of individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain).
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (Associate's, Bachelor's, or Diploma).
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote or clinical team setting.
- Valid CPR/BLS certification required.
