Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough physical assessments and monitor patient vitals to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.

Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ASN or BSN). Valid RN license required.
- Experience: New graduate (Nurse Residency Program available).
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification preferred or required within 6 months of hire.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
