Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to safety protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Accurately document patient data and clinical progress in electronic health records.
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in patient condition.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient advocacy.
- Nursing degree from an accredited institution (ADN, BSN, or ASN).
