Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and progress continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians in strict accordance with protocols.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ASN, BSN, or Diploma).
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred.
