Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for ER patients
- Administer medications and perform emergency interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Educate patients/families on post-care procedures
- Adhere to JCAHO and OSHA standards
- Participate in trauma response protocols
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (required)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (mandatory)
- BSN degree preferred
- 2+ years ER experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in high-stress environments
- Excellent communication abilities
- EMR proficiency (EPIC experience a plus)
