Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in fast-paced emergency settings
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for diverse patient populations
- Administer medications and perform specialized procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years ER/trauma experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work efficiently in high-stress environments
- Commitment to evidence-based nursing practices
