Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in fast-paced emergency settings
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN considered with experience)
- 2+ years ER or critical care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-stress environments
