Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in fast-paced ER environment
- Assess patient conditions and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Document patient records with precision
- Maintain sterile procedures and safety protocols
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
Qualifications
- Active NE RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- 2+ years ER or acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
