Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in emergency/trauma settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide patient/family education on treatment plans
- Respond to critical situations using ACLS/PALS protocols
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (Compact State preferred)
- BSN degree required (ADN with 3+ years ED experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- TNCC or ENPC certification preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in high-stress environments
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
