Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications
- Active KY RN license required
- ACLS/BLS certifications (or obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience

- Electronic health record proficiency
- BSN preferred or commitment to obtain within 2 years
