Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse units with adaptable scheduling
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical outcomes accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (ADN with 2+ years considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in flexible shift environments (days/nights/weekends)
