Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on clinical evaluation
- Document care accurately in electronic health records while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Mentor new staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with critical thinking skills
Qualifications
- Current California RN license in good standing
- BSN or associate degree with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Strong proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and rotating shifts
- Excellent communication skills in diverse healthcare environments
