Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical settings

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact license with quick endorsement)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
