Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical conditions, reporting changes immediately to the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document patient assessments, care plans, and progress updates in electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or compact state).
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
