Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on nursing standards and physician orders.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations within the unit.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required; PALS and TNCC preferred.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
