Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings with precision and empathy
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital safety protocols
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Participate in rapid response situations and emergency care interventions
- Utilize Epic EHR systems for efficient documentation and care coordination
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (or compact state)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with relevant experience considered
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in hospital setting
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure environments
