Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care settings, utilizing evidence-based nursing practices
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient information meticulously in electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois (Ohio license required for Ohio positions)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with relevant experience considered
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
