Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ER/ICU settings with precision and compassion
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document clinical records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA/JCAHO standards and maintain sterile clinical environments
- Participate in emergency response protocols and rapid assessment procedures
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment for optimal patient care
Qualifications
- Active California RN license with BLS/ACLS certifications
- 3+ years of recent acute care experience in hospital settings
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong proficiency in electronic health records (Epic/Cerner)
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Valid California driver's license for mobile unit assignments
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling options
- Trauma nursing certification (TNCC) highly desirable
