Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and perform thorough health assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and following strict protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to emergencies or changes in status.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication adherence.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and HIPAA compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN License in the State of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
